Lagniappe (LAN-YAP) David and Jennifer Moody

Problem solving isn’t just a part of David Moody’s work at MetroPower. When David and his wife Jennifer saw the need to help foster children in their Kennesaw, Georgia community, they did something about it.

As foster parents themselves, David and Jennifer have opened their home — and their hearts — to more than 80 children over the years.

With three kids of their own, the couple has adopted three foster children (siblings) into their home permanently.

Having seen firsthand the incredible need for support in the foster care system, David and Jennifer started their own 501c3: Foster4Love (

With the goal of providing trauma-informed, holistic medical care and therapeutic services, Foster4Love is the only TBRI clinic in the state. With two certified practitioners focusing on improving the lives of children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and/or trauma, our research and interventions are empowering parents, professionals, and students with trauma-informed strategies to improve lifestyle outcomes. The organization serves Cobb County and the surrounding areas.

Through Foster4Love, David and Jennifer Moody are making a life-changing difference for kids of all ages. Thank you!
