Kateri Justice

Kateri Justice makes things happen. She has been with the company for 16 years, serving the last ten as the Executive Assistant to Jim Ditter, CEO of PPC Partners. Yet her service to the PPC family of companies, her community and her colleagues is recognized by everyone who has the pleasure of working with her.

“Kateri anticipates, plans and executes. She creates success by making those around her successful. She is a wonderful business partner,” said Jim Ditter, CEO of PPC.

With a natural servant’s heart, Kateri extends her helping hand in the office and in the community. She is an active volunteer at the Carroll County Humane Society and represents MetroPower throughout the greater Albany area.

“Kateri has been a god-send. I don’t know what we would have done without her,” said Shaunae Motley, President and CEO of United Way of southwest Georgia. “She was instrumental in helping us solve some major challenges.”

One of her greatest talents is her ability to bring out the talents of others. She is a natural leader and collaborator.

“Kateri always goes the extra mile for the company and the community,” said Danny Gibson, President and COO of MetroPower. “She is one of the hardest working and most talented individuals in the company.”
