Most recently, the ESS HVAC Controls and Energy Management market is replacing all of the conventional HVAC thermostats with new KMC Direct Digital Controls for Mitchell County Schools. The campus-wide system will report back to a graphical user-interface for scheduling, control and monitoring abilities, leading to a more efficient system. The system will be mainly composed of KMC’s “Appstat” controllers which KMC recently modified based on recommendations made by ESS for more efficient control of humidity when dealing with wall pack heat pumps.
