Resin Handling Systems

This scope includes material handling, storage, mixing, blending and conveying for extrusion processes and film processes. Examples would be setting bulk silos for resin storage, vacuum or pressure conveying, day bins installs, bulk mixers, blenders and dust collection systems. We also install railcar loading and unloading systems for resin handling.

Piping Systems

We furnish and install complete piping systems in all types of manufacturing and food processing facilities. These piping systems can be stainless (304 or 316), carbon steel, or PVC depending on the system requirements. Examples would be compressed air, chilled water, process water, sanitary piping (S or I line), LNG/Propane piping systems. Turn-key installs include equipment setting and complete piping of systems.

We offer full-service water-based fire protection system design, installations, inspections and upgrades. We offer complete coverage from ground up new construction to adds/changes for equipment/building modifications and inspections (annual and 5-year) as required by code and insurance.
