MetroPower’s ESS Low-Voltage Group Installs Fire Alarm System in New SGMC Healthcare Facility

When SGMC Health began its $150 million main campus expansion, the goal was to create one of the most advanced healthcare facilities in South Georgia. Included in the project is a new three-story Women and Infants Tower, which will provide comprehensive prenatal to postnatal care in a modern, nurturing environment. The facility will also be home to a new Emergency Department and Level III Trauma Center, meeting the region’s most critical needs.

When it came to deciding on equipping the facility with the latest in fire alarm systems, MetroPower’s ESS Low-Voltage group was assigned the task. With years of trusted experience in integrating low-voltage systems to create seamless, efficient, and reliable technological solutions, ESS experts began the installation of the NOTIFIER fire alarm system by Honeywell.
